SESSION PRICES

Our program fees are structured to reflect the cost of providing a safe, high-quality cheerleading program. Fees contribute to coaching, facility hire, insurance, equipment, competition entry, Sports Cheer England membership, and the ongoing development and support of athletes.

Full details of fees, payment schedules, and what is included will be clearly communicated prior to registration. We are committed to transparency and will make every effort to keep costs reasonable while maintaining the highest standards of coaching, safety, and athlete experience.

ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS

All cheerleaders are expected to attend all scheduled practices, competitions, and events unless prior approval has been granted by the club directors. Failure to meet attendance requirements may result in the athlete’s removal from the program.

Athletes are required to arrive at least ten minutes before the scheduled start time of each session to ensure a prompt and effective commencement.

“Red Weeks,” defined as the three weeks immediately preceding any competition, are a critical preparation period; attendance at all sessions during this time is compulsory.

Holidays must be filled out on the form linked below AT LEAST four weeks in advance, this helps coaches to plan the upcoming sessions accordingly.
